We partner exclusively with vetted operators who meet or exceed stringent regulatory and industry benchmarks. Our internal Quality Management System (QMS) continuously monitors safety data, operator performance, and regulatory changes to ensure each mission is executed with precision.

• Regulatory references: U.S. FAA Title 14 CFR Parts 91/135; EASA Air OPS (EU) No 965/2012.
• Industry best practices: Safety Management Systems (SMS), Crew Resource Management (CRM), and FOQA/LOSA methodologies as available from partner operators.
• Independent ratings: Where applicable, ARG/US, Wyvern, or IS‑BAO registrations held by operators.
• Client support: 24/7 operations desk, pre‑flight safety briefs, and flight following.

Commitment to FAA / EASA Standards

All flights are performed by appropriately certificated air carriers or operators. In the United States, we work with FAA‑certificated operators, typically under 14 CFR Part 135 for on‑demand charters or Part 121 where applicable. In Europe and other jurisdictions, partner operators follow EASA requirements and local civil aviation authority regulations.

Operational Controls

• Verification of operating certificates and operations specifications for each mission.
• Crew qualifications, type ratings, medicals, duty/rest compliance, and recurrent training checks.
• Aircraft airworthiness conformity, Minimum Equipment List (MEL) compliance, and maintenance release validation.

Safety Management & Reporting

• Encouragement of Safety Management System (SMS) participation with hazard reporting and trend analysis.
• Documented pre‑flight risk assessments considering weather, crew currency, airfield performance, and NOTAMs.

Aircraft Maintenance Protocols

We charter only aircraft maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended programs and the operator’s approved maintenance schedules. Maintenance is performed by certified technicians using approved parts and tooling, with digital recordkeeping and traceability.

Standards & Intervals

• Compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) as required by the governing authority.
• Time‑limited components tracked through a computerized maintenance tracking system.
• Pre‑ and post‑flight inspections with discrepancy resolution prior to release.

Quality Assurance

• Independent QA audits of maintenance providers and facilities where applicable.
• Parts traceability and documentation retained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Insurance & Risk Management

Each charter is covered by the operating carrier’s insurance policy. Prior to flight, we review certificates of insurance for applicable limits and endorsements. Upon request, we can coordinate additional insured status or specific endorsements through the operator or their insurer.

These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or accessing our site, you agree to these Terms.

Brokerage Role

Jet Luxury Solutions acts solely as an agent/broker, arranging flights with licensed air carriers or foreign equivalents. We do not hold operational control or maintain operational authority over flights. The operating carrier is solely responsible for the safe conduct of the flight.

Quotations & Bookings

• Quotes are subject to aircraft availability, operational feasibility, and final carrier confirmation.
• Pricing may change due to repositioning, slots, fuel, crew duty limits, de‑icing, government fees, or other factors.
• A booking is confirmed upon execution of the charter agreement and receipt of cleared funds as specified in the agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger information and travel documents; comply with customs, immigration, and security rules.
• Observe baggage limits, hazardous materials restrictions, and operator policies.
• Arrive on time; delays may incur waiting time or result in denial of boarding at the operator’s discretion.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change terms are defined in the charter agreement and may vary by operator, aircraft type, and itinerary. Non‑refundable fees may apply.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jet Luxury Solutions disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The operating carrier’s liability is governed by applicable law and their contract of carriage or conditions of carriage.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction identified in the charter agreement. Disputes shall be resolved as set forth therein, which may include arbitration or venue stipulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by revising the “Last Updated” date below.
